Version history and rollback

Every published version is kept, and you can restore any of them.

Claims intake · Versions
  1. DraftDiscard

Claims over $10,000 need a second approver.

  2. PublishedIn use

Ask the claimant for photos before review.

  3. Earlier versionRestore

Send the adjuster a form instead of an email.

  4. Earlier versionRestore

    First version.

Runs that started on the published version finish on it.

Every published version stays in the history with a plain-language summary of what changed. Restore an earlier one in one step.

How it works

  • Changes start as draftsEditing doesn't touch the live version. Test the draft before anyone else sees it, and runs already in progress finish on their version.
  • See what changedEach version has a plain-language summary of what changed.
  • Go back in one stepIf a change doesn't work out, restore an earlier version.

For example

An operations lead tightens an approval rule in a draft and runs a test claim through it before publishing. A few weeks later the team decides the old rule worked better, so they restore the previous version. Claims already in progress finish on the version they started on.
