Workflows that get better from their own runs.
The problem it solves
Automations usually get worse over time. Nobody reviews them until something breaks, and then someone has to reconstruct what went wrong across several tools.
How it works
- 01Reviews each workflow that ran or changed that week, and again soon after a run fails
- 02Checks that the workflow does what it says, and looks for wasted or fragile steps
- 03Sends the owner suggested improvements, with at most one email digest a week
- 04Lets the owner pick which suggestions to make, then has the Architect make them
What makes it different
Improvement is built in, not a project someone has to remember to start. Every change still goes through the people who own the workflow.
