Three costs went up since last month. Packaging is the biggest, up 12%.
  • Packaging: $0.42 → $0.47 +12%
  • Freight: $1.80 → $1.87 +4%
  • Labels: $0.090 → $0.093 +3%

@Malleable do this for every new price sheet. If anything is up more than 5%, ask the supplier to confirm it.
MalleableAGENT9:15 AM
Done. Every new price sheet will run this way.

Our process is a pinned message from 2023 and whoever remembers it.

‘Who approves this?’ has 14 replies and no answer.

Every week I chase the same three people for the same approval.

Reports land in Slack. Change them with a reply.

Workflows post where your team already looks. Want something different next time? Reply in the thread, and every run after follows it.

Starting the Ramp to NetSuite reconciliation workflow.
Open this workflow in your browser
Matched 412 of 418 transactions
Done for Oct 20 – 26. Six transactions need a look:
  • Delta Air Lines · $642.18 · no matching bill in NetSuite
  • AWS · $1,204.00 · NetSuite bill is $18.40 higher
  • Figma · $75.00 · charged twice on Oct 22
  • 3 more in the workflow

Approve the decisions, not every click

Most AI agents ask you to approve every tool call. Malleable asks about the decisions you said are yours, and nothing else.

  1. Routine steps run on their own

Reading the price sheet, matching transactions, posting the report. You set the rules once.

Compared 214 prices to last month
Nothing went up more than 5%. Nothing needs you this week.
  2. Judgment calls go to their owner

Where you said a person decides, Malleable asks them by name, with what they need to decide, and waits.

Acme confirmed packaging is up 12%, to $0.47. Accept the new price, or push back?
    Push backAccept
  3. Changes wait for your yes

Before Malleable changes a workflow or acts in an app from chat, it shows what and why. The action runs as whoever approves it.

Change Price sheet review? Ask the supplier when a cost is up more than 3%, not 5%.

Everything else you can do from Slack

Malleable knows your workflows and their runs, so you can ask about them where the work is happening.

  • Find a run

“Find the Acme price sheet review from last week.”

It finds the run and links you to it.

  • Find out what went wrong

    “Why did yesterday's reconciliation fail?”

It reads what the run did and explains it in plain words.

  • Steer a run in progress

“Riley is out Thursday. Casey can cover the design round.”

A run that's waiting picks up your message and carries on.

  • Answer without leaving Slack

Buttons, a menu, or a short form.

When a run needs someone, it asks them in Slack. A form opens right inside Slack.

  • Connect an app from the thread

    “Connect NetSuite to continue.”

Sign in with your own account and Malleable carries on where it left off.

  • Talk to it directly

    Message @Malleable under Apps.

In a direct message, just keep typing. In a channel thread, @mention it each time you reply.

What changed for them

"We save 30 hours a month, which by itself is dramatic for a small team. What's more important is that we now have the space to use our actual experience and give leadership guidance on what needs to happen. This lets us finally spend our time on the strategy we were actually hired to do."
Gregory SchroederController, MGT Insurance
"My favorite part of using Malleable is how easy it is to iterate on. I am not an engineer, and have previously been intimidated by complex LLMs. While Malleable uses them under the surface, the interface is simple and self-improving. It proactively drafted a change, explained it, and asked if I wanted to roll it out."
Celeste Di BartoloDirector of Operations, Pathpoint
"Saved me so much time it's hard to believe. The workflow before Malleable feels like the stone age now."
Olivia WeatherlySolutions Engineer, Guidewheel
"Streamlining our workflows used to mean building Rube Goldberg machines across automation tools, and any small change in a spreadsheet would break the whole thing. With Malleable, when something changes upstream, the workflow adapts."
Efe TorunogluSolutions Engineer, Pylon

Frequently asked questions

What can Malleable see in Slack?
Only the conversations it's part of: direct messages with it, and channels someone has invited it to. It reads messages there to answer people and to start the workflows you set up, and it can look people up in your workspace to message the right person. Remove it from a channel and it stops reading there.
Does everyone on the team need a Malleable account?
No. Anyone can start a workflow that listens in a channel, and answer a run that asks them something. To chat with Malleable or build workflows, a person connects their own Slack account, so it knows who they are.
How do we remove it?
A workspace admin can remove Malleable from Slack's Manage apps page at any time. Each person can also disconnect Slack from Integrations in their Malleable account.
What happens when it gets something wrong?
Every run keeps a record of each step, so you can see what it did and why. If you notice something to improve, tell Malleable and it will update the process for next time.
Which tools does it work with?
Malleable works with thousands of tools, such as NetSuite, Ramp, Salesforce, Asana and Notion. The integrations page lists the most common.
How do you keep our data safe?
Malleable is SOC 2 Type II audited. Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and it is never used to train AI models. Malleable can only reach the tools you connect, and every run keeps a record of what it read and did. Our security page covers who can see what.
What does it cost?
Nothing to start: new accounts get free usage to try it, and you don't need a credit card. When you need more, the pricing page compares the Standard and Enterprise plans, or talk to us.
