When a recruiter asks for a final interview, ask the four interviewers on Slack when they're free this week, then email the candidate the times that work for everyone. Once they pick one, send the invite and the interview prep doc. If an interviewer can't make it, ask me to pick a stand-in. After the interview, remind everyone on Slack to send their scorecard within 24 hours.

Here's the plan:
